Hometown Heroes National Tour

I've been anxiously awaiting this great tour that the founders of the G.I. Film Festival have been planning - now they're taking the G.I. Film Festival around to military bases and communities all over the country so everyone can enjoy what they have to offer!

See you at the kick-off party!

Join Washington Wizards Ledell Eackles, Washington Bullets Bob Ferry, Washington Redskins Mike Nelms, Heisman Trophy winner and San Diego Chargers Running Back Johnny Rodgers and Dallas Cowboys Hall of Fame Tony Dorsett for a day of golf at the Potomac Ridge Golf Course on Wednesday, September 8, 2010. Shotgun start begins at 10 am. Dress is casual for the daytime golfing event.

On Saturday, September 11th, join The GI Film Festival for a celebrity cocktail reception and short film screening, where we will honor a Hometown Hero in our nation's hometown at the Capital Hilton in Washington DC at 7:00 pm.
